@laura Ok, only relevant for USA - at least for the moment.

@laura It does sound like it's not going to be *that bad*, but this really needs to be an opt-in. (Tracking is going to be within a few blocks from what I understand, the data is supposed to be limited to a couple MB/m, for examples)
