To be honest, it is slightly better then the "We Value Your Privacy" title I seem to get from most sites, which then goes on to list all the ways they give away your privacy.
Also, I find that "Configure Preferences" button generally opens to a logical nightmare.
@laura Great juxtaposition of article and pop-up. I'm getting to the point of re-visiting lynx and other text-only browsers, due to all of these tracking notices.
